I’ve stayed at your apartments 3 times now because my first experience was amazing. The location and check-in process are still good, and staff were friendly. That’s why I keep coming back.
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing compared to the previous ones.
1. Bed mattress-It was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I barely slept.
2. Room condition-The coffee table was made of zinc/steel and was broken. The chair was a small, old one-seater, which meant there wasn’t proper seating for 2 guests. We had to eat on the bed.
3. Bedding-The fleece blanket was old and didn’t have a cover/cloth.
4. Bathroom-There was only 1 toilet paper roll for a 2-person booking. On my previous stays I always got 2.
5. Water-The water was almost cold for the entire stay.
6. TV-Without a personal Netflix or data account, the TV is basically useless. There were no free channels to watch.
My first stay here was excellent, the second was average, but this third stay was poor. The drop in room quality and comfort is really noticeable.
