One of the best choices we have ever done.

We wanted to stay on the lake, so we avoided Shkoder and we chose Shiroke. We did not regret it. A fantastic view of the lake, a fully renovated room, one of the cleanest we had ever been, The hostess a very lively girl, ready to give us assistance anytime. She also cares for the village's stays (Albania has many of them, everywhere). But the best of our stay there was breakfast. Everything produced locally, prepared by the family and served on the terrace with the lake in front of you! Not to mention the portions, two people is very difficult to eat all.

The family were beautiful and really helpful. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The bathroom was modern, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The bathroom is shared between two guest rooms. Not an issue for us but was not advertised as such on the website. Also we would have liked a double bed.

Vistas y desayuno espectacular

Desayuno abundante, variado, completo y muy rico con comida típica albanesa. Camas muy cómodas y unas vistas preciosas al lago. Irma muy simpática, alegre y agradable

La entrada a la casa no está señalizada, es una cuesta empinada. Si vais en coche, mejor avisar antes de llegar para que envíen instrucciones para llegar y dónde aparcar. Pero todo lo que vino después mejoró ese momento de la llegada.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile

Siamo stati ospiti a casa da Irma e Bianca e la loro famiglia, e non possiamo che dire meraviglie! Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolto con un sorriso sincero e una gentilezza rara. La camera era perfetta: ordinata, pulitissima e con un profumo di bucato che neanche a casa mia riesco ad avere! Anche il bagno super attrezzato e accessoriato di tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno. Ogni dettaglio trasmetteva cura e amore per l’ospitalità. A rendere tutto ancora più speciale, la vista sul lago: semplicemente incredibile. Ci svegliavamo ogni mattina con uno spettacolo davanti agli occhi, che da solo valeva il viaggio. La colazione è stata un’esperienza a sé: abbondante, ricchissima di prodotti fatti in casa, tutto delizioso. Si sente che ogni cosa è preparata con passione e tanto amore. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, come a casa, anzi… forse anche meglio! È stato un soggiorno speciale, che ricorderemo con il sorriso. Consigliamo questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere l’autentica ospitalità albanese, in un ambiente pulito, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Grazie di cuore, Irma e Bianca!

Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere, familiengeführte Unterkunft oberhalb von Shiroke mit Traumblick auf den Skutarisee mit liebevoll hergerichtetem und sehr reichlichem Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Dabei ausgesprochen nette Betreuung durch die Familie. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Kurz, aber herzlich – mit Frühstück und Violine 😃

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, aber die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie haben uns behandelt, als würden wir eine Woche bleiben. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, das Frühstück fulminant und richtig liebevoll – einfach mega. Als besonderes Extra gab’s sogar ein kleines Violinenspiel – damit hatten wir definitiv nicht gerechnet! 🤩😉 Ein kurzer Aufenthalt mit viel Charme – gerne wieder!
