Communication with the owner was quick and unproblematic. The apartment is managed by the owner’s mother, who was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate that! This duplex apartment is located on one of the top floors of a building in the center of Shkodër. It's clean, fully equipped and offers a lot of space. The highlight for me was the large balcony with a very nice view of the city center.
The apartment can be cold, which is understandable given its large size - especially during colder days, so guests should keep that in mind:) The upper floor, which serves as the bedroom area in the attic, feels a bit raw. Adding a lamp and a rug, for example, could significantly improve the comfort and overall feel of this space.

The location is great and with nice views. It is very spacious.
Most of all there was black mould on walls. Two windows it was not possible to close and lock properly. The bedsheets were very plastic and were making very visible and unpleasant sparks when I moved in bed. In the bedroom there is an engine room for the building elevator so every time someone uses the elevator it is really noisy. Most of amenities would need repairs, it seems like after an initial investment there was nothing much done.
