• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!
• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!
• Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.
• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.
• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.
• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.
• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.
TRASH & RECYCLING
Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.
If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very nice and well decorated. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard!

The house is wonderful and probably our favorite of all the vacation ones we have rented. It is beautifully decorated, simple and tasteful. The house is spotless. We are here with our adult son and daughter to attend a special event for a close family friend and your home has been perfect for the four of us to relax and share memories. We love the house. We did not use the kitchen so can’t speak of it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to this area.

We enjoyed our stay and Landie was very prompt in answering any questions. The home was very quaint, comfortable, and allowed for us to sit back and relax on the patio out back!We loved how tastefully it was decorated and the amenities. Thanks for a wonderful getaway weekend with our girlfriends!
