About this house rental
Do you love going to the pool? Biking? Walking? Kayaking? Boating? The Beach? Hanging out in what Travel and Leisure named "America's Favorite Town," and Southern Living chose as "The South's Best Small Town"? Well, you are in the right place! Conch Tales is a lakeside townhome in beautiful Beau Coast, just six blocks from Taylor's Creek, Beaufort's waterfront, and 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Beaufort. That's an easy bike or golf cart ride under a canopy of live oaks along Taylor's Creek to great restaurants, unique shops, and lots of fun places to visit and things to see and do. Ferries to the islands leave from the waterfront.
This beautiful, well-equipped 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse overlooks the lake from all three floors. The house lives well for both a friends or family retreat with a queen bedroom and full bath on the ground level, open living and kitchen on the 2nd floor with a powder room. Go up to the 3rd floor for an en suite master bedroom with a queen bed and balcony overlooking the lake while down the hall is a third bedroom with two twin beds, a bunk bed and a full bath. Also a fenced yard for your dog! Sleeps 8. We now have a golf cart available for guests to rent. The golf cart is a 6 seater, 2026 Icon 160 XL. The fee is $50 per day if you would like to add it to your reservation. If you do, this applies to all of the nights of your stay. You must reach out to let us know that you want the golf cart added
This house is set up with fun in mind. There are three patios, one with a grill, 11 dining seats, games and streaming TVs, 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, and of course the beautiful Traders club house and pool only one block away. Once you get here, you won't want to leave but at least you'll have memories and many Conch Tales to share with friends.
Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.

Beautiful, well-decorated, clean, super stocked property in a marvelous location. Loved the Bea Coast amenities too. Hosts were exceptional. Been coming to beaufort for 30 years and it all just keeps getting better, with experiences like this one! Will surely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Me and my husband took 4 teen boys and 2 college girls. It was perfect because everybody had their own rooms. we could cook and eat at the house. Each group of people had their own patio or balcony. The golf cart was amazing for easy trips to the grocery store or front Street. Everybody got to go kayaking out to see the wild horses and so many amenities to keep us busy with sports and outdoor activities. Plus we got to take our dog! Such an awesome place! Thank you for being attentive to us and gracious!

We recently stayed at this location for a one week getaway. We found this property to be clean, relaxing and convienent with great community amenities. They were very responsive to any communication. This location was also very close to restaurants and activities in Beaufort as well as the surrounding communities of Morehead and Atlantic Beach. Our kids enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed the pool!
