About this house rental
Do you love going to the pool? Biking? Walking? Kayaking? Boating? The Beach? Hanging out in what Travel and Leisure named "America's Favorite Town," and Southern Living chose as "The South's Best Small Town"? Well, you are in the right place! Conch Tales is a lakeside townhome in beautiful Beau Coast, just six blocks from Taylor's Creek, Beaufort's waterfront, and 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Beaufort. That's an easy bike or golf cart ride under a canopy of live oaks along Taylor's Creek to great restaurants, unique shops, and lots of fun places to visit and things to see and do. Ferries to the islands leave from the waterfront.
This beautiful, well-equipped 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse overlooks the lake from all three floors. The house lives well for both a friends or family retreat with a queen bedroom and full bath on the ground level, open living and kitchen on the 2nd floor with a powder room. Go up to the 3rd floor for an en suite master bedroom with a queen bed and balcony overlooking the lake while down the hall is a third bedroom with two twin beds, a bunk bed and a full bath. Also a fenced yard for your dog! Sleeps 8. We now have a golf cart available for guests to rent. The golf cart is a 6 seater, 2026 Icon 160 XL. The fee is $50 per day if you would like to add it to your reservation. If you do, this applies to all of the nights of your stay. You must reach out to let us know that you want the golf cart added
This house is set up with fun in mind. There are three patios, one with a grill, 11 dining seats, games and streaming TVs, 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, and of course the beautiful Traders club house and pool only one block away. Once you get here, you won't want to leave but at least you'll have memories and many Conch Tales to share with friends.
Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.

Wonderful weekend getaway! The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. We loved sitting in the back porch hearing the water fountains while sipping our coffee. The house was in a great location and we loved having a fenced in yard for our dogs. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for having us!!!

Our stay was great. Very clean. Lots of room. A very pet friendly place to stay with walkable spaces outside and a dog park nearby. We love Beau Coast and we will definitely be back.

Great amenities in Beau Coast we were there in off season so didn’t use pool but beautiful. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Would recommend having some basics to get started such as salt and pepper, coking oil few spices. Overall enjoyed the stay.
