This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or a relaxing group escape. This home is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the vacation fun. As part of the Beau Coast community, guests have access to fantastic amenities including a refreshing community pool, a convenient Traders store, and a scenic community dock—great for soaking in coastal views or launching a day on the water. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this Beau Coast home offers comfort, convenience, and the perfect coastal atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added. VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. Other notes: -No smoking -Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am. -Two parking spots in the driveway one on the street, one in the garage -Parking anything other than 2-axle cars/trucks is prohibited. So no trailers/boats
