Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and even your four-legged friends—because yes, Beautime is pet friendly! Step inside to experience a spacious open-living concept with clean, modern finishes and a comfortable layout designed for gathering and relaxation. The spacious kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare your favorite family meals. The living and dining areas provide the ideal gathering space for game nights, movie marathons, or simply unwinding after a day on the water. The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor, offering privacy and easy access. This serene retreat features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating the perfect place to recharge. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a shared full bath, offering comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group. One of these bedrooms is equipped with a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails, remote work, or quiet study time. Beyond the home, the Beau Coast community amenities elevate your stay. Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the community pool, explore the scenic waterways with easy access to the community dock, or gather with friends at the community clubhouse. Take a short drive to explore historic waterfront charm, boutique shopping, and fresh coastal dining in Beaufort. Whether you’re boating, beachcombing, or simply savoring slow mornings with coffee on the porch, Beautime offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings. 1 Queen and 2 Double Beds WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag. Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. Each property is also provided with 1 roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom and one for a half bath. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added. VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. Other notes: -Property has outdoor cameras for security purposes only. -No smoking. -Maximum pets allowed is two. -Bedroom 4 is located off of Bedroom 3 and has a door. -Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am. -Kayaks in garage are NOT for guest use -The driveway is small and can only park a compact car or golf cart. Parking is available on the parking pad behind the house or on street.  -Parking anything other than 2-axle cars/trucks is prohibited. So no trailers/boats -Short-term boat storage is available at a designated lot located directly across from the boathouse.
