Unit#302 sleeps 4 & features a Queen Sized Bed & a Pull out Sofa. Split Air Conditioning in the living room & bedroom! Wifi Access, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Quartz Countertops, Elevator Access & Underground covered parking!
There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort. Relax & watch all of the exciting activity in the heart of Ali'i Drive below. (Cruise ships, sight-seeing boats, outrigger canoes, and fishing boats---All can be watched from this gem of a Lanai.) Kona Village closes down by 9:00 PM, so after nine the only thing you will hear from the Lanai are the ocean waves.
This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.
Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
