**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. Ideal for those who prefer a lower-level stay, this condo provides easy access—skip the elevator if you’d like and walk right in from the 3rd-floor parking deck or walk up a few flight of stairs. Inside, you'll find a beautifully furnished space with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a private balcony to soak in the coastal breeze. - Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

Condo was as described except the balcony. It was not clean and to much random furniture. The couch in the living space was not comfortable. The bed in the master creaked and squeak.

Typically, we stay in higher end or more upscale places. This condo was just okay. The owner really went cheap with paper goods, cookery, and the worst stove. It was just not what we expected. No trash shoot. The TVs were without apps for streaming and we were left with substandard and antiquated cable. No basic kitchen supplies. Bring your own pillows!!
