We loved this house! It was a very short distance to the private beach access. Definitely walkable, but there is parking available if you’re carrying a lot of beach gear. The house itself was charming and well equipped. It was so convenient to have a washer dryer on property. Plus we loved the outdoor shower out back. Overall, the house was very comfortable and homey. Highly highly recommend this property!

This charming home is just a quick 3–5 minute walk to a beautiful, private beach — a definite highlight of our stay! The beach never felt crowded, and it was easy to find your own peaceful spot without being surrounded by other families.
The house itself is well-stocked with everything you could need. While there’s only one indoor bathroom with a shower, the outdoor shower — affectionately nicknamed “The Amazonia Shower” — quickly became everyone’s favorite. It added a fun, refreshing twist to our beach days.
The kitchen is impressively well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. We also appreciated the abundance of beach gear available — from boogie boards and chairs to coolers and umbrellas, everything was ready to go.
One thing we wished for was a gas grill — it would have been perfect for grilling steaks one evening.
The home is older, located in a lovely, upscale, and developing neighborhood. Don’t let its age fool you — it’s cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for a laid-back, relaxing vacation.
