View and location
The air conditioner was at 72 but the temp was 78 and it said not to turn it down. There was no normal TV channels which for the price, should be present. One of the toilets took 4-5 flushes to empty. Kitchen had junky supplies

Ocean front view
I am handicapped and the step into the unit was not always easy and the step onto the balcony was dangerous for me. I almost fell the first time going out. Then we fixed the set up of chairs and it was easier.

Ideal location. Responsive management team
Mold on the ceilings, bugs by the windows in bedroom and kitchen sink, no real door to master bathroom, second toilet weak flush and got clogged
