Hidden Dunes Cottage 126 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Attention tennis lovers and shopaholics! This Destin rental cottage is just the right fit. Rubico clay courts which host many tournaments and players of all levels - are only a few steps from the screened- in patio door. Imagine how good your game could be with cool iced-tea and a comfortable cottage just a minute from the court gate. Plus the very popular Silver Sands Factory Outlets are within a quarter of a mile’s distance away!
This ideally located cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and spacious bedrooms all swathed in eye-catching beach botanical patterns. Plus, staying at Hidden Dunes means lots of exciting amenities like a lighted basketball court, neighborhood pools, walking trails that meander through acres of fragrant magnolias past fountains and gazebos, and lily-pad clad lakes that sparkle in the sun. On top of all that, a beach tram will take you to and from Hidden Dunes deeded beach whenever you would like to enjoy the largest stretch of deeded beach access in Destin.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.
2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Had a great time. Only thing I would change is to provide more cleaning supplies and at least some basic cooking items such as salt and pepper. I don't understand why you skip on Laundry detergent and dish detergent and toilet paper. People that fly there are not going to buy those items because they don't want to pack them to take home. Plus you think you would want the guests to take care of the property.

This is a lovely property! It is very tastefully decorated, well appointed and spotless. We loved the porch swing and will definitely rent this property in the future!

Overall ok but lacking a few things:
No salt/pepper/coffee/filters/kcup although they did give powdered creamer and sugar?
Nice screen porch that had a 1/8” thick layer of pollen and floor full of dead bugs.
Old mattress in MB(didn’t check the other room) and washer/dryer is probably from early 80’s.
Not a bad place but could benefit from some basic upgrades and traveller provisions.
