Cottage 215 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. There is an additional loft bedroom within the Cottage accessible by spiral staircase.

High vaulted ceilings enhance the open floor plan, creating a spacious, airy environment that encourages easy movement between the living, dining, and kitchen areas—perfect for gathering and relaxing with family or friends.
Upstairs, a charming spiral staircase leads to a private loft featuring a queen bed and its own bathroom, offering additional space and privacy for guests or extended family. The screened porch, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, acts as a tranquil extension of the living space where you can enjoy peaceful moments and the gentle sounds of a nearby fountain.
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this gated community with 24/7 security offers a peaceful, walkable setting where every amenity is close by. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Loved that the teen girls could share the upstairs bed/bath and have their own space. This unit is close to the big pool which was nice. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely come back!

Appliances are very old (from90’s) and washer and dryer are very small. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are in need of renovation.
