About this cottage rental
Dear Travelers,
We rent our renovated "Norman farmhouse" type family house, surrounded by greenery, located 2 kms from the center of Villers-sur-Mer (beaches and shops 5 minutes by car), near the cliffs of the "Vaches Noires".
Ideal setting for weekends or family holidays favouring calm, nature and the pleasures of a seaside village.
The house benefits from the proximity of the towns of Houlgate (4 kms), Deauville/Trouville (9 kms) and Cabourg (9 kms) and shops 1 km away.
Sleeps 6/8 people: 4 adults max with 4 children/teens max or 5 adults max.
Not overlooked, unobstructed view of the countryside with views of meadows and woods.
Exposure Front façade: west / Rear façade and side (Swimming pool): South / South East.
The house has the advantages and disadvantages of a regularly occupied house: no impersonal decoration such as "model home" or 100% large Swedish brand furniture but family furniture and decorations that we ask you to pay attention to.
The use of the pool from May to September, the rest of the time it is out of service.
Towels, sheets (beds set on arrival) and small household linen (dish towels and tablecloths) provided.
Pool towels are not included.
Deposit/deposit required during the stay.

A 1500m² plot of land with heated swimming pool (octagonal above-ground in-ground pool 6m x4m, pool depth 1.20m) in service from May to September, with secure access for children through gates, ideal with young children.
