Charming house of 200m2 completely renovated in 2021 by greenriver. Located 50 meters from the beach, in the center of Houlgate, quiet, close to the market, shops, this house offers great comfort, with a total capacity of 12 people.
On the first floor on 85m2: large south-facing living room with fireplace, dining room with open kitchen.
On the 1st floor 85m2: games room with table football, 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 cm) each with its own bathroom. 1 large children's bedroom with 6 beds: 2 bunk beds with a drawer bed and 2 single mattresses on the mezzanine, large bathroom with toilet
On the 2nd 30m2: a magnificent charming suite under the roof, with bathroom.
4 bathrooms in total: 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub. 3 toilets
Landscaped garden of 300 m2 with large terraces. Possibility to park 2 cars
Table tennis.
We prefer weekly rentals, possibility of renting some long weekends.

We spent a wonderful 10 days in this great house. The house was fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The agency handed the house over to us on time. Olivier was also available when we needed some information. The beach is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the evening events on the beach the most, as well as the air show over the beach during our stay. The people are very friendly in Houlgate and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank to Olivier to let us stay in his wonderful home.

The property is lovely as was the contact with the owners. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and we appreciated the book of recommendations for guests! It felt very homely and welcoming. Houlgate is a picturesque town and would recommend to everyone! :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location à Houlgate. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et l’agence ont été très utiles.
La maison est magnifique et très agréable à vivre. On y reviendra certainement entre amis et avec nos enfants.
