About this house rental
Welcome to the village of Plouhinec, 3km from the sea!
In this 119m² house, everyone will be able to find their space for a beautiful holiday: the 460m² garden is an opportunity to play together, to take the time to rest in the shade, to prepare a good barbecue & to enjoy meals on the terrace.
In the house, the convivial moments continue thanks to the living room which opens onto the terrace as well as the mezzanine on the second floor where lots of games await you, young and old!
The accommodation:
On the first floor are the kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, the garage (2 bicycles) as well as the living room (living room, dining room) which opens directly onto the terrace with a view of the magnificent palm tree and the garden.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. Each one consists of a double bed, a window and storage space.
On the second floor is the large mezzanine, (with a work area and a bedroom (ideal for children) with two single beds + 1 extra bed for children. pay attention to the operation of the skylights.
1 manual and two electric.

A free parking lot is located 50m from the house (the garage does not allow you to park a car there).

a container for your glass bins. A key box allows you to arrive at the time of your choice. We provide towels, towels and bath towels as well as cleaning supplies. Bed linen rental possible for 10 euros per bed.
