The house consists of a nice and spacious living room on the ground floor:
 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, food processors, etc ...), center island, pantry with washer, dryer,
 dining area, lounge area with two sofas flat screen TV home theater, DVD player, stove, WC
 Enclosed garden not overlooked wood terrace with summer kitchen, Weber BBQ, garden furniture.
1st floor:

On the second floor :
  1 large double room with sea view
  1 dormitory with sea views, with 2 single beds, a reading room with a convertible

Stephanie was very prompt and courteous in all communications, and the home is an excellent location and very well kept. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to town, very quite village and all the amenities you would want. NOTE, you need to bring or arrange for linens (bedding and towels); it is not included. You can easily rent very clean, high quality bedding from the wonderful laundry service in Le Bourg. This was the only surprise for us, but easily arranged. All in all a fantastic experience and stay.
