Designed for relaxing coastal time with family and friends, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home plus loft offers flexible sleeping options and easy indoor–outdoor living. The vibe is comfortable and unfussy—perfect for gathering after trail walks or beach time.



The main living areas flow for conversation and casual meals, with an outdoor BBQ grill and furnished seating to take in the fresh ocean air. Three full bathrooms make getting ready simple, and the loft with a full-size sleeper adds bonus sleeping space. When you’re ready to explore, you’re positioned within The Sea Ranch community, known for its miles of trails, beaches, and wildlife viewing.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking passes will be inside the home upon arrival (look for a small black zipper pouch in a central location). Additional vehicles can be parked at the Grand Welcome office at 39225 S. Hwy 1, Gualala, located in the Gualala Supermarket Shopping Center. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos for details.

• Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, Wi-Fi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Community amenities: The Sea Ranch Association manages trails, beaches, pools, and recreational facilities. Offerings and availability are community-managed and may vary.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

We stayed at the property for 5 days. It is a fantastic property with great ocean views in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and really well maintained and had most of the necessary items in stock. The property management team was very responsive with frequent communication.We loved the property and will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would be very nice if the chairs on the deck were wiped down as they were full of spider webs and the trail around the house was mowed. Couldn't get one of the shower heads in the Master bedroom to work and the other took to long to figure out how to hard to get hot water. All in all it was very nice but could use some updates.

This house is in a beautiful setting. We often saw deer, turkeys, and bunnies. The house is very nice, but could be nicer if the property was maintained. Mowing and trimming have not been done in a while. There were plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses as well as needed appliances and cookware. There are no beach towels.
