You will have the pleasure of discovering Barbâtre, a small town on the Vendée coast, particularly pleasant, especially in summer. The house, fully equipped, will welcome you with all the necessary comfort, and a garden will allow you to enjoy the sun from the morning. A covered terrace will also offer you a pleasant space to have lunch in the shade. The first beach is only 900 m from the house, ideal for refreshing yourself and relaxing whenever you wish.



In this house, you will first discover the living room, with its sofa as well as the dining room, equipped with a decorative fireplace. Just next to it, you will find the master suite, consisting of a 140/190 bed and a bathroom with toilet.

At the end of the corridor, you will access two other bedrooms: one of them is equipped with a 140/190 bed, whilst the second has two 90/190 beds, which can be joined together to form a large bed. You will also find a bathroom and an independent toilet there.



At the end of the corridor, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, comprising an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, as well as a toaster and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. You will also have access to the patio, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors at the table provided for this purpose. The scullery and the garage, which can accommodate up to five bicycles if necessary, complete this space.



Upstairs, you will find a relaxation area with a sofa and a television, as well as the last bedroom, equipped with a 90/190 bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

For your comfort, a washing machine is also at your disposal.

You can park for free in the large Super U car park, located 140 m from the house.
