About this house rental
Bright house, very good condition, recently renovated, built on an enclosed plot, dune side. It is located in a very calm dead end. Direct access to the beach, through the national forest and the dune (500m), no road to cross, and direct access to the cycle paths and pedestrian circuits. Gois submersible passage at 3km.
This house is ideally placed to discover the wild and preserved charm of the island of Noirmoutier. You are close to the beach, the dune, the forest, and the polders, in a quiet area, a place of dreams for a holiday of discovery and rest.
Two sun loungers and four deckchairs are available.
This part of the island has a large sandy beach, so vast that you can easily organize volleyball or soccer games without disturbing other summer visitors. It is safe for swimming.
In this house, we spend most of our weekends and holidays there, so it has everything you need for cooking and entertaining.
you have two terraces with tables and chairs and a barbecue.
We make six bikes available, as well as equipment for clam and shrimp fishing.
First necessities provided: tablecloths, tea towels, cleaning products, condiments for the kitchen.
A baby chair and a travel cot are available.
Options: rental of bed linen, at a rate of 15 € per bed.

Lovely quiet location in small village. 3 restaurants and boulangerie only 10 mins by bike or 5 mins by car. Decent supermarket only a little further.
10 - 15 mins walk through woods to enormous beach.
Very well equipped property.
We were especially grateful for the large canopy over the outside table.
We really enjoyed our visit to this lovely island.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich so, dass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlen kann. Direkter Zugang zum Strand durch wunderschönen, kleinen Pinienwald. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht sind, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
