LIVING & DINING ROOM
It features a lounge-dining area and a fully fitted, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, ceramic hob, all necessary tableware, an electric plancha grill, a television, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron).
SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms with double beds, and the convertible double sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for 2 people.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with complete garden furniture for a fully comfortable stay (outdoor table and chairs, parasol). The house also features a private 6-person spa (optional) in the garden. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your haven of peace between the state-owned forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
A legacy of its past as a holiday camp, the estate has been reimagined as a friendly, entirely pedestrian little village. Our 17 semi-detached villas blend into this wooded setting to create a true hamlet atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: With tranquility as our watchword, each accommodation has its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your optional private spa) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: Use the estate's shared pathways to access the region's many cycling routes directly and reach the beach within minutes. You'll also be close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
At reception: molkky sets, pétanque, board games, rackets, and paddleboards available. Our team welcomes you every day to support you throughout your stay.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Private parking, closed at night.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest
If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, early check-in and late check-out are available for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation).
The private spa is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of the stay.
Bed linens are provided.
Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes can also be rented for €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that are quiet are accepted for €15.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes washed and put away, beds stripped, fridge cleaned, bathroom, kitchen, and floors cleaned, bins emptied). If you would prefer not to clean, you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85. You can also request cleaning during your stay for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.
A security deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival via bank card imprint (amount not charged and released upon departure).

Nous avons, comme l'an dernier, passé un excellent séjour de détente en famille. La décoration et l'environnement sont absolument charmants et totalement adaptés à des vacances avec enfants. La forêt et la mer à proximité permettent d'alterner sans prendre la voiture les activités sportives et ludiques. Notre-Dame des monts est un village à taille humaine où il est agréable de faire ses courses tranquillement.

Nous avons apprécié cette location de vacances: résidence calme, mobilier et décoration moderne, lits confortables et grand espace de rangement dans chaque chambre. Cependant, la salle de bains manque de porte-serviettes pour 6 et pas de porte-savons dans la douche. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir faire sécher nos serviettes de plage pour 6 personnes ailleurs que sur les chaises et le séchoir est minuscule. Le barbecue n'est pas idéal non plus pour 6 voir 8 personnes et la rallonge électrique n'est pas assez longue. Nous avons du revisser les chaises de la terrasse et la grande table n'est pas stable. Enfin, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi le dernier soir, car la personne de l'accueil est passée le nettoyer à 17h30 et la température n'était toujours pas remontée à 19h00...
