About this villa rental

Decorated with a Hawaiian theme, this 70m² house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a living room and a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels), hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
The sleeping area has three bedrooms with double beds and the living room's convertible double sofa bed offers an additional bed for 2 people. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with all the garden furniture for a successful holiday (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue or electric plancha ...).
The house also benefits from a private 6-seater spa (optional), in the garden.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your peaceful haven between the national forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
Inheriting its history as a former summer camp, the estate has been redesigned into a friendly, fully pedestrian little village. Our 17 attached villas blend seamlessly into this wooded setting, creating a genuine hamlet atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: Peace and quiet are our watchwords. Each accommodation features its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private hot tub, available as an option) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: From the estate's shared pathways, you have direct access to the region's many cycle paths, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few minutes.
Our team is available at the reception during the week to assist you throughout your stay.

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 40 € for the duration of the stay.
Bed sheets are provided
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7 € per person.
Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for 15 €.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed (s) unmade, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floor washed, trash cans emptied).
If you do not want to clean, you can choose to take the cleaning package at 85 €.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).
If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.

Maison agréable, très bien décorée. Jardin pratique pour les enfants ainsi que l'espace devant.

Le cadre est sympa, les logements sont neufs, propres, déco sympa et ils correspondent parfaitement aux photos.
Juste petit bémol sur les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont un peu juste... En tout cas, prêt à renouveler le séjour.

Le domaine de Sherwood est une résidence fermée d'une quinzaine de villas à l'orée de la forêt. Nous avons séjourné 10 jours au mois d'août dans la villa Hawaï dimensionnée pour 8 personnes, et nous nous sommes vraiment régalés.
La résidence est un petit bijou quand on recherche des vacances familiales, dans un cadre préservé, au calme et avec tout le confort moderne.
La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, en traversant une forêt très agréable car elle est très bien entretenue.
Quant au logement, il est très propre, fonctionnel : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine à expresso, etc. une très grande salle de bain avec une magnifique douche à l'italienne et surtout un cabanon privatif dans le jardin qui permet d'entreposer tout l'équipement de plage, les vélos, les valises et autres glacières qui d'habitude encombrent le logement.
De plus la maison est très jolie, elle est vraiment décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Et que dire du spa ? Du bonheur en bulles !
Je finirais par les prestations de service. A l'accueil de la résidence, on retrouve Margaux et Esther. Nous avons été accueillis par Margaux, et avons eu affaire à elle pendant toute la durée du séjour. Elle est certes très disponible dès que vous avez besoin de quelque chose, mais elle est surtout très agréable, souriante et enjouée. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Esther, mais je suis certaine que nous aurions croisé une personne charmante également.
Continuez ainsi, c'est ce qui fait le GRAND plus de cette résidence : votre accueil.
Pour finir, la villa Santa Teresa nous a fait de l’œil pendant 10 jours, il y a fort à parier que nous essaierons d'y loger l'été prochain avec encore plus de nos proches.

Nous avons passés 2 nuits au domaine sherwood dans le Hawaï. Se fut un super moment. Rien à redire sur le lieux la maison. Tout est magnifique confortable agréable. Idéal poir se détendre et profiter. Toutes les 8 conquises
