Welcome to the sleek, newly remodeled, top floor unit of the Rendezvous Condominiums in Newport Beach.
Enjoy the amazing beach, ocean, and Catalina views right from your private balcony, master bedroom, and family room with a sleeper sofa. The layout of this home showcases dual master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit and are separated by in home laundry, perfect for multigenerational living, a roommate, or a shared vacation home. The dining room features a large sliding door, allowing for bay views and ample natural light throughout. From the front door and dining room, you are able to peer through the kitchen and family room out to breathtaking ocean views. The remodeled kitchen features bar seating, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, skylight, and ample counter and cabinet space. The kitchen is open to the family room which is perfect for entertaining. The spacious family room with a sleeper sofa, also enjoys access to the balcony and fresh beach air.
The property comes with 1 designated exterior outdoor parking space and 1 guest parking pass for a first come first spot in outdoor guest parking spots. There are only 4 guest parking spots total for the whole building so the 2nd parking spot is not guaranteed and you may need to find street or paid parking for a 2nd car. We always recommend smaller vehicles.
Located in Balboa Village on the Balboa Peninsula, it puts you within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Balboa Fun Zone for the kids. The building sits right on the bike path and Balboa parking lot. Rent bikes and go for a nice ride along the sand. Take a walk to the end of the Balboa Pier and grab a milkshake at Ruby's Diner.

Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay.
