This listing is for a 3 bedroom 2 bath lower unit, only one house from the ocean!
Location allows immediate walking-distance to the beach, bike paths, several restaurants & bars, the pier, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer and shopping in the Balboa Village area. You really couldn't ask for a more central location!
It features flat screen TVs, Direct TV, updated kitchen & appliances, a fireplace and fresh new decor. The home features a pleasant open floor plan that spans the kitchen, the deck and the dining area. Perfect for entertaining! The kitchen has lovely counter-tops, a microwave, new fridge, new dishwasher and everything you need to cook "at home". .
The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, closet and adjacent bathroom. The second has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
Washer and Dryer in garage for each unit. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels available for guest use. Beach towels must be laundered and put away otherwise our cleaner charges additional fees to launder the beach towels.
Parking? Not a problem!! There is a shared garage, so each unit has one parking spot in the garage. Extra Cars? Please keep in mind the beach is very busy, but if there is a spot open it is free parking in front of the house (no meters). There are also two beach parking lots behind the house that you can park at for a fee.
Small pets are welcome, but guests are advised to clean up after their pet to avoid any city code violations.

Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and fun zone. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the large patio.Host was wonderful. Looking forward to staying at this property again.

The Home is perfect. Clean, very nicely decorated and everything you’ll need is available Location is actually very good because beach traffic isn’t peaking in the windows while walking by. The sand and sea are right around the corner so it’s a very easy walk I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this rental property was. It is literally steps from the beach and in an amazing part of Newport with lots of restaurants, shops, and charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Check in and check out were seamless. We loved having the porch on the front of the property to hang out. Kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked. We will absolutely be back.

We rent homes in the area about 3-4 times/yr and this 1 was not high on our list of repeats. 3 small bikes for 2 units, no locks for the bikes. Very small kitchen with little to no linens or blankets....very few utensils and small living area. ad is very deceptive and your patio is on a main thoroughfare.
to top it all off owner called about a broken gate that was completely rusted out and asked if we had broken it......very unfair and wrong.....also left at 12pm and was rushed out because it waa being rented that same day....very poor customer service!!
