The downstairs accommodations were very comfortable. Enough space for my 2 grandsons to play and for us to relax. Really enjoyed walking distance to beach, ferry and donut and dining places. Not walking distance for good surfing. Good place to wal l to boat parade but terrible for boat parade traffic. Not a problem of the rental. We had a great time and the rental only enhanced it.

This is a wonderful property. It’s clean and comfortable and nicely stocked and furnished. It’s 1/2 a block from the beach and walking distance to the Balboa Fun Zone and Ferry. Convenient and fun!
