About this apartment rental
2nd floor condo in building with an elevator and overlooking small pond. Spacious living area with balcony, kitchen with bar area. Ensuite bedroom has king bed and 3/4 bath with over sized shower, 2nd bedroom will have 1 twin and 1 set of twin bunks with a trundle on the bottom and a full bath in hall with a laundry area with HE stack washer dryer. Community pool, playground and activity center. Parking for 2 cars just over a mile bike ride to beach and boardwalk. TVs channels and Wifi not guaranteed.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
