The condo complex was nice, quiet, friendly people, not too far from town, and the pool stays open until 9/21. I also loved that it was dog friendly and has an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor and my dog is old and can't do the steps anymore. The condo itself was nicely decorated, master bedroom is very large, and we liked the balcony. The condo is not well stocked, though. There was no bedspread on the one bed...just a sheet! There were only 3 wine glasses, no cooking items except salt/pepper, no K-cups to even get you started, no dish soap, no dish drainer, pasta strainer, spatula, etc. Then there were broken items...the coffee pot, screen door, bedroom lamp, nail sticking up out of threshold, and loose threshold. Finally, there was no key fob in the unit to access the pool, club house, workout room, and trash dumpsters. In addition, the access code on the keypad to enter the condo was a 10-digit number…ridiculous! It’s also very confusing renting on VRBO but from a Vacasa management company because Vacasa sends multiple emails and texts, but it’s best to keep the correspondence on the VRBO app for protection and transparency purposes. And every time you ask a question a different Vacasa employee corresponds with you so it gets very confusing and overwhelming. It’s nice to correspond with only one person, but this will never happen, so I do not recommend renting a Vacasa property. They are very responsive and helped us with some of our requests, but not all.

This was the perfect location. Nice bike ride to the beach and easy drive. Very clean and spacious close to the pool. Great vacation!!

My puppy loved it. Close to beaches and Resturants and trails. I do wish there was a tv in the master bedroom. And also the pool shouldn’t allow babies with diapers in the pool. Other than that I love it and will book again. Thanks!

The condo is super clean, nicely decorated, and has comfy furniture. Easy access to downtown and the outlets. Quiet and the grounds are immaculate too! Loved that it has an elevator! Would 100% stay here again.
