OVERVIEW: Spacious, light-filled end unit townhouse with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a den, and a powder room. This coastal-style townhouse is in excellent condition and has beautiful pond views. There are two primary suites with a workspace, a private balcony with water views, a large soaking tub, two bedrooms, and a den on the first level with a full hall bathroom and a one-car garage. There is a lovely rear patio with plenty of seating and a gas grill. Your main living space is on the second level with a waterfront balcony, open concept, updated kitchen, and powder room. This townhouse provides 3000 sqft and is perfect for multi-generations to gather for a wonderful family vacation. Strict occupancy of six only.
LOCATION: Canal Corkran is a short bike ride or walk to multiple restaurants and tax-free shops. It is less than .5 miles to Tanger Outlets for tax-free shopping. It is just half a block from Revelation Craft Brewery and close to the Junction & Breakwater bike trail. It is away from all the beach commotion but close to enjoying all Rehoboth Beach offers.
PARKING: Two off-street parking spots are available to guests and overflowing by the pool area.
AMENITIES: Community pool, ceiling fans, gas grill, washer, dryer, central AC, and well-appointed kitchen.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. No pets. Streaming services only. Linens are not provided. However, we offer a rental package to guests. The garage is not accessible to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. There is a ring camera on the front door of the property.

Check in was easy and the location is peaceful and relatively convenient. We did encounter a couple of issues - a chirping smoke alarm (replaced same day as reported) and mossy and wet outdoor cushions. These would be better stored in doors when not in use, and we didn't end up using the ground floor patio for this reason. There are also lots of cameras and while I understand a front door security camera, overall it created a feeling of being monitored, especially after we were called and asked if we had more than the allowed guests (we did not). It made it less easy to just relax. Finally, a couple of the toilets seemed like the weren't really cleaned all the way and one of the toilet seats cracked

We had a great time , cozy home had everything we needed for a fun week . The pool was a bonus !
