Villa d’arbres accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring two elegantly appointed double bedrooms and a cozy twin bedroom with two single beds, ensuring ample space for families or groups of friends. The villa boasts two well-designed bathrooms, complete with modern amenities. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for your culinary endeavors during your stay in beautiful Mallorca. The warm and welcoming living room and dining area offer the perfect setting for intimate evenings, whether you’re sharing a delicious meal or relaxing on the sofa with a favorite movie.
The outdoor space is a true highlight of this villa, with a generously sized terrace that includes a dining table, perfect for enjoying leisurely breakfasts bathed in sunlight. Upon entering the property, you’ll also find ample parking space for your convenience.

Please note that there is a fully refundable security deposit of £500 subject to no damage.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
