The space has been set up to host and entertain you with all the modern creature comforts.
Hi speed Wi-Fi internet is available and the TV’s in the living room and bedrooms are SMART so feel free to login to all of your favourite streaming apps.

The large living space makes for great social gatherings. It includes a 50inch flatscreen TV, comfy sofas and plush soft furnishings. There is also a fold out double sofa bed and room divider to comfortably accommodate extra guests.
The living space leads through to a garden room conservatory with a walk out balcony area overlooking the back garden.
For extra guests, we provide a comfortable sofa bed/futon setup including all necessary bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep. Additional fee required.

A fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite worktops awaits to include family dining space. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.
Kitchen back door leads to downstairs (steep - be careful) private garden space with BBQ and outside dining furniture.

There is a downstairs WC cloakroom space with a laundry facilities.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with both bath and shower options.
In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.

The bedrooms have been set up with ‘Cosy’ in mind and allow for you to leave your troubles behind and experience peace and happiness. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.
The master bedroom features a WC Ensuite, comfy double bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 also contains a comfy double bed and Smart TV, whilst bedroom 3 contains a snug single bed.
