Ground floor apartment, on the ground floor of the owners' home. On one level (5 steps down from the car park then path through the grounds to access the gîte): Living room-kitchen area with access to the private outdoor dining area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm which can be twinned into 1 double bed 180x200 cm + 1 single sofa bed 74x200 cm for a child), shower room (shower + toilet), private parking (1 space). Unfenced grounds shared with the owners. On the ground floor of a traditional house located 13km from the funicular linking the slopes of the Les Arcs/Paradiski area. Decorated with a warm mountain feel, in a very quiet residential area bathed in sunshine. Private outdoor space and large grounds. Magnificent panorama of the surrounding peaks and the opposite slope (La Plagne, Les Arcs). Ski Granier 9km, Montalbert/la Plagne/Paradiski 20km, la Plagne/Paradiski 27km. Lake 11km away. On the Versant du Soleil, in a small hamlet and a superb setting opposite the renowned Tarentaise resorts, close to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. Opportunities to explore the entire massif and the surrounding area (especially Italy via the Col du Petit Saint Bernard in the summer). A change of scenery and rest are guaranteed in a setting that invites relaxation.
