About this apartment rental

Small apartment on the ground floor of a Savoyard house near La Plagne with free shuttle access.

You can benefit from preferential rates on the rental of equipment with the possibility of leaving it at the end of the day and picking it up in the morning at the store located at the start of the slopes..

* Ideally located between the valley and the resort, with direct ski access by chairlift (5 minutes by car or free bus shuttle).

 38 m2 approximately:

- Entrance, large living room with 3 windows, closed hallway, large bathroom with shower, separate WC, small separate bedroom with window, 140 * 190 bed.

- For 2 people. Possibility 1 or 2 additional people in convertible lounge with supplement 5 euros / night and per person beyond 2.

- No parking problem: private place in front of the house for a car.

- On site pedestrian walks, snowshoeing ... (not marked)

- Restaurant and equipment rental from the chairlift 1.5 km away.

- Shops at the bottom of the valley on your arrival. Possibility to store food for the week (freezer).

- Possibility of storing skis and equipment in a small hut in front of the house.

- Fully equipped: large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, senseo coffee machine, large electric oven, toaster, microwave, raclette, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, flat screen TV ( TNT), large storage cupboards in the bedroom and in the entrance, basic products. The bed and the sofa bed are equipped with mattress protectors, warm duvets (220 * 240), and pillows with protections.

- Wifi for "normal", non intensive use.

- Non-smoking apartment (but you can smoke outside ...).

- We do not accept animals.

- No noisy parties. The neighborhood is quiet, it has to stay there!

WARNING
only on request and with supplement:
- Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow cases) and hand towels: + 20 euros for 2 people and a bed.

We will ask you for a deposit of 250 euros on arrival which will be returned to you upon your departure after checking the condition of the apartment.

You will enjoy the apartment and a small cabin to store your skis.

We are a couple, and the apartment we rented was our daughter's for 2 years.
It is therefore equipped to live there year-round, and has nothing to do with a studio that can be found in the resort.
The house is a family house dating back over a hundred years, it has a whole history and deep roots in this corner of Tarentaise!

We are fans of hiking, walking, snowshoeing, skiing, and know the region well to live and work there for a very long time.

We live in the house, so we will be available when needed, but you won't see us if you don't want to.

NEW: we have a partnership with skiset, the store located at the start of the La Roche chairlift: preferential rates on the rental of equipment with the possibility of leaving it at the end of the day and picking it up in the morning at the store (shuttle stop, departure from tracks). You only move in boots, and nothing to wear :)
