Detached house on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a living room with pellet stove (manual recharge) and living room-kitchen opening onto 2 terraces, a bathroom (walk-in shower) , Separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 80 x 200 cm can be twinned into 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm can be twinned into 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm ), a bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. Private parking spaces (1 in front of the cottage and nearby). Access from the outside to the washing machine located in a cellar in the basement. This cottage is located in the heart of Granier, a small typical village clinging to the slope, on a very sunny slope facing the ski resorts. The bay windows of the living room and the kitchen open onto two terraces (35 m²) facing South and West, one for lunch and the other for relaxation. A barbecue with bread oven is at your disposal, in common with the owners, in front of the cottage. Following in the footsteps of her parents, who have been members of the label for around 40 years, Valérie and her husband Xavier perpetuate this desire to welcome holidaymakers to this mountain village. Renovated in an ecological and environmentally friendly approach, this cottage is the ideal place for a disconnected stay!
