Spanning 120 sqm on the first floor, this spacious house features a beautiful outdoor area with views of the surrounding landscape and the distant Ionian Sea. Guests also enjoy free access to a fully furnished rooftop terrace on the second floor, offering panoramic views.
Upon entering, guests will find an open-plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen containing all essential appliances, including a fridge, electric stove, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishwasher, cookware, and kitchenware. A dining table with seating for four is also provided.
The living area is furnished with a 43-inch flat-screen TV offering satellite channels.
Further down the corridor, there are three bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds, while the third features a single bed. Each bedroom includes a closet, air conditioning, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
From the furnished balcony, guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful view of olive trees and lush greenery stretching all around.
The house comfortably accommodates up to seven people, as the sofa in the dining area can be converted into a double bed. A baby cot is also available free of charge upon request and subject to availability for children up to two years old.
