Potami Apartments

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento al piano terra. In generale sarebbe da sistemare e ristrutturare, gli infissi sono vecchi, il materasso scomodo e gli arredi da cambiare. I proprietari gentili ma non parlano inglese, ci siamo capiti ugualmente ma in maniera limitata. La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada che era molto rumorosa anche durante la notte.

The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with a kitchen, AC and mosquito nets. Talking about being super honest and underpromising: even though the Booking listing says there's no washing machine, they actually have one available for guests to use. The owners are extremely attentive and generous. They offered to clean and gave us fresh towels after just two days. They gave us fresh eggs from their chickens and on our final night, they hosted a huge feast for all the guests with homemade souvlaki and tons of greek dishes, completely free of charge! Truly the ideal spot for a perfect vacation. We couldn't recommend it more! The location is very good in the center of the island.

Wi-Fi signal is weak inside, it's better to work from the garden.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful location, and most of all, super wonderful staff. They didn't speak a lot of English, but we got by with translate apps. They cooked dinner for us one night and it was such a nice, touching experience. Just a wonderful family and wonderful atmosphere, we loved staying here, sad to leave.

Second review of the same property, because we liked Zakynthos so much we decided to stay longer. Obviously, we liked the property so much that we stayed at the same place. In addition to such a lovely family who runs it, there is a nice little hike up to a church on the hill behind it for some morning exercise with great views. Take the small roads that go almost straight up the hill and there will be no traffic at all.
