Varvarigos Village

It’s quite centrally located which means you can reach more or less most of the island in around the same time (one day you can go north, the next east, etc). It’s also close to another hotel, where some friends were staying, so this was quite convenient. Fully equipped with AC in all rooms (or at least the living room and the bedroom we used - didn’t utilize the third room), which was very necessary due to how hot it can get during the morning and obviously the peak heat hours. Giannis and his partner were absolutely excellent hosts. Giannis made every effort to accommodate whatever we needed (I even asked for some detergent to do laundry and he brought me some after an hour - and this was at 22:00). Also, he knows the ins and outs of the entire island, so if you want tips on which tavernas to visit for delicious food, definitely ask him.

Nothing to complain about, really. Nice environment, neighbors are very quiet so you can’t even tell other people are living nearby.

Mooie, rustige locatie met ruim zicht op de bergrug van Zakhyntos. Fijn centraal gelegen om vanuit Varvarigos Village het eiland te verkennen. Eigen, overdekte parkeerplaats, veel ruimte in om het appartement met twee fijne terrassen. Comfortabele banken. Giannis, de host, was niets teveel om het ons naar de zin te maken. Kleine supermarkt op nog geen 100 m. afstand.

We hebben Giannis verbeterpunten aangeleverd m.b.t. de keukenfaciliteiten. Hij zal daar gehoor aangeven.
