The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning service was good, and the pool area was pleasant, modern and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in at 09:00 instead of 14:00 after our early arrival from the airport.

Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was very disappointing considering the price we paid. The furniture was extremely old and had a strong musty smell, which made us avoid using the wardrobes. The spring mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the additional mattress we requested was visibly stained. The bathrooms were outdated and visibly worn, with deteriorated fixtures, old windows without mosquito screens, and one shower drain that frequently became clogged. The Wi-Fi did not reach our rooms at all and was only available around the pool and bar area. Another major issue is that we found the photos on the listing quite misleading. They are presented in a way that gives a much better and more modern impression of the accommodation than what we actually received. There seems to be an enormous difference between the different rooms at this property.
