Waterfront Secret (1) is located only two minutes from the beach sand, in Panama City Beach Florida. As one of the local areas' original housing structures, it has a unique layout featuring full living areas both upstairs and down. Situated in a private beach neighborhood, overlooking the quiet pond, this vacation rental is best suited for up to 8 travelers (plus a furry friend) looking for a place to rest their head after a long day of swimming at the beach and exploring the local area of West Panama City Beach.
Waterfront Secret (1) is the South-facing unit in the Waterfront Secret building, closest to the beach. The ground floor living space features an open living, kitchen and dining area, along with 2 queen pullout couches and a twin bed tucked inside the entertainment area. There is also a full laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs is a king bedroom which shared a full sized hallway bathroom. Across the hall is the king apartment studio, equipped with a full kitchenette, and walkout balcony overlooking the pond. From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Emerald Coast as well.
SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR WATERFRONT SECRET (1)
*Maximum occupancy of this home is 8 guests.
*Designated parking is assigned for 2-3 vehicles.
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*Waterfront Secret 1 is dog friendly | Up to 50lbs. | Additional fee will be charged, preauthorization and payment required of $225/ pet. .
*You must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
*Under 25 must post and an additional $500 damage deposit that will be returned if the home is left in good condition
*Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking and provide photo ID Regardless of booking platform.
