    I rarely write reviews like this, but this stay genuinely left me sad, frustrated, and disappointed. We reached on time, tired after travel, and were told to wait because the room wasn’t ready. That “wait” turned into almost an hour, and we finally got the room only around 4 PM. No proper explanation, no apology ...just waiting. When we went up, the corridor itself felt disturbing. It was dark, lights were barely working, and flickering. My daughter actually got scared seeing it. That’s not something you expect when you’re traveling with family. Inside the room, things didn’t get better. There were leftover meat items in the fridge from previous guests — that was honestly shocking. The toilet area was wet because the health faucet was leaking. It just didn’t feel clean or cared for. At night, my daughter asked for water. I went to the reception. The person there (I think his name was Ugur) was on a WhatsApp call and didn’t even acknowledge me for a good 5 minutes. When I finally asked for water (even said I’ll pay), he casually told me to cross the road and buy it myself — it’s literally a highway. I had to argue just to get one more bottle. That moment just summed up the kind of service here. And then breakfast… honestly, the worst we had in Azerbaijan. Everywhere else, Azerbaijani breakfast felt warm, fresh, and something to remember. Here it was the opposite ... stale bread, cold sides, very limited quantity, and one pack of bread being shared among multiple people. I don’t usually complain like this, but this stay really felt like a complete letdown on so many levels .. service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling with family. And I guess their positive reviews are either paid or fake..💯

    The staff were amazing but: - the hotel is far from all the tourists places. - Breakfast was good, but not much and not time accurate. - No noise cancellation. If you’re looking for a hotel just to sleep and be out the whole day, this is a good option for you. Big shoutout to *** from the front desk, this guy deserves a raise for all of his efforts.
