I had a very pleasant stay at Alara Hotel & Hostel. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Its cleanliness, specifically its staff, the big guy on reception was very rude, asked us to cancel the booking from booking.com and charged us extra
