I had a very pleasant stay at Alara Hotel & Hostel. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Atutem obiektu jest lokalizacja, położony jest blisko sklepów i atrakcji turystycznych. Pokoje wieloosobowe są dość przestronne, czyste i mają wygodne łóżka. Pościel i ręczniki są czyste. Pozwolono nam przynieść bagaż wcześniej, przed zameldowaniem.
Prysznic jest razem w małym pomieszczeniu z WC. Podczas kąpieli woda leci na muszlę klozetową i jest wszędzie dookoła. W toalecie brak papieru , osoba z obsługi powiedziała ,że się skończył i nie będzie dostępny. W kuchni bardzo brudno, na blatach resztki jedzenia i brudne naczynia. Jedna osoba z obsługi miła, uśmiechnięta i życzliwa, drugi młodszy mężczyzna był nieuprzejmy. Jako goście hotelowi nie czuliśmy się tu dobrze.
