The man at the reception was an angel! I arrived so tired after having to do my visa and wait for 3 hours at the immigration. He let me stay and rest, helped me to carry my bags. Thank you so much! I would like to say that Friend Hotel is one of the best-located hotels in Baku. Everything you need—restaurants, shops, supermarkets, public transport, and major attractions—is conveniently nearby. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They treat every guest with great respect and genuine hospitality, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. I was truly impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend Friend Hotel to anyone planning to visit Baku, especially solo travelers and bachelors looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay. A special thanks to the owner, Mohammad Rasool, who is an Azerbaijani gentleman and an incredibly kind and humble person. He welcomes every guest with such warmth and sincerity that you instantly feel at home. His hospitality truly makes your stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Friend Hotel to anyone visiting Baku.
