Very clean, well equipped, pretty cottage. Excellent host, communicated very well.

Downstairs bathroom, but not usual for this type of property. Coffee percolator would be a nice addition. Washing machines wasn't very clean, blocked up with power.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped cottage

Very spacious, well equipped, stylish and cozy. 2 big bedrooms very bright upstairs. Very friendly hosts, visited Patch at the Lifeboard House. Was sick a couple of days, glad to rest and recover at such a lovely place. Warm. Small courtyard to sit outside, located close to sea and center. I knew Newlyn before really a great place to stay

The property was very comfortable and everything was of a really good quality, kitchen was very well equipped. Location was nice, unfortunately no parking but a car park very close and you could pay for a weeks stay for only £16.

It was a little cold but we was there during freezing temperatures and we went equipped with our pj’s slipper and a snuggle blanket

Spacious apartment, comfy bed, warm. Great location for the art school.

Cafetiere would be fab as there were no pods for the pod machine and buying a pack would have been wasteful.

The cottage is perfectly located and has everything that you could possible need for a short stay in Newlyn. I attended a course at the Newlyn Art School which is very close by. My husband was free to explore and enjoy the property as a base during the day. Perfect !

It’s Newlyn; don’t take for granted that you can pull up outside to drop your luggage - the town is made glorious for all its narrow streets and quirky builds but these mean access can be limited. That said, the cottage has a back entrance that is a very short level walk to the car park and this is again why I have rated it ‘perfect’. It also has a downstairs bathroom … but these things won’t prevent me from returning to stay here! It really is lovely!

Comfortable cottage in a good location with a lovely pub nearby and close to amenities. Great walk to Mousehole and a easy to use bus service.

Downstairs bathroom- not great at night Open stairway - again a bit precarious at night Lack of free parking/ close to property- got soaked carrying bags in from the carpark on the first day .However appreciate this is a Cornish village and the streets are narrow .

The place was beautiful and very close to Penzance and St Michael’s mountain.

A nice peaceful location. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, the hosts left us some welcome treats, and the instructions and access to the property were very clearly left for us. I would highly recommended a stay here. Will definitely be visiting and staying again. Cornwall was beautiful my favourite spot in the UK.

Grande, ben arredata, fornita di ogni accessorio che un viaggiatore può necessitare, ma anche di più. Proprietario benché fosse fuori città ha messo a disposizione in tempo reale una persona che ci ha supportato per un problema con le chiavi di casa. Senza considerare la comunicazione puntuale nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo trovato anche piccoli beni di consumo che ci sono tornati utili (caffè, latte, biscotti, assorbenti). I letti sono comodissimi, la biancheria impeccabile, la doccia superba.

È difficile trovare pecche, forse la serratura di casa non immediata a capire il funzionamento ( maniglia da portare in su).

Logement parfait pour adultes et grands enfants

Appartement propre, hôte réactif, explications claires, propreté du logement irréprochable, on a bien dormi, bon équipement au global.

Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes mais pas à mon sens adapté avec des bébés ou très jeunes enfants: pas de place pour changer bébé dans la salle de bain, marches au milieu du salon, pas de rampe à l'escalier et difficulté à empêcher l'accès à celui-ci. De plus le parking proche est saturé. Se garer sur le port n'est en soi pas loin dès que vous marchez un peu (5 minutes à pieds avec une vue superbe), ce n'est juste pas adapté dans mon cas. Si vos enfants sont plus grands, foncez. Avec l'ajout d'une rampe d'escalier, ce serait mieux déjà. Pas mal de vis à vis. J'aurais mis une note plus élevée si mes enfants auraient été plus grands.
