Location, short walk to trams & Southern Cross Station. Amenities, full size kitchen was great

Loved the location. It was easy access to most things we wanted to do. It was clean and had a lot of space for the price we paid. The host had quick replies, and he was super helpful when I had questions.

Location is great, especially if you’re heading to Marvel stadium for a concert like we were.
Bathroom was dirty, lots of mould in the grouting. Couch was all stained, and filthy grotty cigarette container on the balcony table even though the property is listed as non smoking. Also no instructions or labels about the power switch that turns off all the main appliances such as air con. Our first night was very hot & uncomfortable as we thought the aircon had broken. Balcony seats are also about to break as the seating is stretched & worn.
