    Good hotel, good facilities, right on the beach. The lady who provides the drinks needs hospitality training, she is not rude as others have said but the replies are matter of fact. The noise of the music around the pool could be less and you could do with some quiet moments when no music is in the pool area. Apart from the above had a totally fab time.

    Very affordable and very clean hotel. Good location loads of convenience stores nearby and nice sunset. The breakfast is good as well but i want to suggest to the hotel to keep the food warm when serving. Staffs are ok and accommodating.

    We checked into this hotel on 21 May 2026. The male receptionist during check-in was extremely unwelcoming. The male staff at this hotel were unprofessional, unfriendly, unwilling to help, and extremely arrogant throughout our stay. They clearly do not understand basic hotel hospitality. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the AC was not working. Since the phone in the room was not working, we had to go to the front desk and reported it several times, but the male staff member was unwilling to help and claimed that the entire hotel had the same problem, which was clearly a lie!!! I spoke to another guest who confirmed that their AC was working, and only then did the staff reluctantly and arrogantly changed our room. We also had sleepless nights because local young guests staying on the same floor were making excessive noise, partying, and slamming doors throughout the night. Despite complaining to the frontdesk, the noise continued. And we ended up not sleeping for at least 3 nights. In addition, we found cigarette butts and food wrappers floating in the swimming pool (see attached photos). Some of the younger guests were also wearing sandals inside the pool, which was extremely unhygienic. This hotel was a nightmare for us. I do not recommend this hotel.
