This hotel service, location & facilities are excellent.
Only downsides are Breakfast buffet isn't the best & they do not have Irons in the hotel. So if you want to Iron anything you need to bring your own.
If I come back to Tirana I will definitely be staying here again.

Pros:
* location. Close to center and close to all amenities
* Excellent breakfast
* Extra large bed. Bed is exceptionally big. Might be a super duper king
* Clean rooms and washroom
Cons:
* No complementary items were there. Not even water bottle/coffee/tea. You have to pay for these as well
* The A/C was set to heat and it was locked. The receptionist told us that we cannot change it. It was understandable as it was January. But we had to keep our windows open as the room was pretty hot
* There were leaflets for massage and car rental. But when asked, the receptionist could not provide any info about these and asked us to call for ourselves.
