We arrived late at half 4am. When we checked-in, the gentleman agreed for us to check-out at 12noon since we will just stay there for only over 7hrs. After breakfast,(which was underwhelming and not a lot of variety), we received an email that our flight will be delayed. My fiance asked if we can stay til 1pm and the lady at the counter said she will let us stay til 12:30. We thought everything was ok. We tried to sleep more since we have a long journey to go. To our surprise, she rang our room at 11:30 telling us that" YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOW COZ SOMEONE IS WAITING TO STAY IN THE ROOM"(albanian). We had to hurry up and leave and that was the worst feeling ever. When we were at the counter, she asked if we used anything from the fridge and we said no. She then proceeded to say, ok I will check. We have been in many hotels around the world and we know it is SOP to check but not ask first then if you say no she will make a face and proceed to check. Everywhere else they will just politely say, just a moment while we check the bar and with a welcoming smile. The rooms are clean and new but the balcony had cigarette butts on the chair from the previous guests. The new room doesn't make up for the unprofessional attitude of this lady. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Also you have to go through a loop to find this hotel. They dont have a proper front desk. They will just check you in from their bar counter.
