    My room was upgraded to an apartment-style room with a mini-kitchen, which I really appreciated. The room was generally nice with good lighting. However, the small issues below made me hesitant to recommend the hotel to friends: - The bedding is either a very thin sheet or a thick duvet, with no option in between. - I was told to call reception if I had any problems, but the room’s landline wasn’t plugged in. After plugging it in, I still couldn’t reach reception using the number provided. - One morning I had to leave before the concierge was available, so I emailed them with a question. I never received a response. - When the hairdryer in my room didn’t seem to work, I asked the concierge if I could borrow a spare, but was told they had nothing available. - There was visible dirt in the gap of the bar table chair. - There are no blinds on the balcony door, so morning sunlight comes straight into the room. Also, I understand that this may be out of the hotel’s control, but on my first night, there was a mosquito in my room and I ended up with six bites, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I kept waking up during the first night and continued waking up on the following two nights because I was worried the mosquito was still there.

    The location is very good, the hotel is very beautiful and comfortable with new and modern furniture. The only thing that left something to be desired was the breakfast, with very few options. The receptionist attended to us too late because our flight was delayed; he was very kind, helped us order food, and was very polite.

    Hotel rooms are not fully finished yet. Reception is extremely small,almost nonexistend.There is no lobby. It is expensive. It is not 5 star hotel. Breakfast room is too small. The refrigarator in the room is completely emty. Ther is not even any water provided. There is only one hanger in the wardrop.
