I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite paying the full amount in advance, I was surprised at check-in with an additional “tourist tax” that was not clearly disclosed. I was charged around 12 euros per person per night, which adds up to a significant extra cost. This was not clearly mentioned anywhere in the booking details on Agoda, which is very misleading. The breakfast was also very poor and repetitive. The cake was stale, the croissants seemed over-reheated and burnt, and even the milk appeared to be spoiled. Additionally, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself, which was very inconvenient. The only positive point is the location, which is excellent and right in the city center. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel due to the lack of transparency and poor quality of service.
