    Paid 40 EURos extra as city tax which was not stated by AGODA and hotel during booking. No invoice provided when asked Breakfast was not available for first 2 days of 5 day stay as their restaurant serving breakfast had not started. Breakfast was included in the booking . Their was a pillar in the center of the room, no space to move , bathroom glass door was not closing properly, bad construction and safety hazard , reading light right over head ,banged my head twice. No blanket or comforter in the room on first night. Not at all 4 star ..a complete lie. Staff attitude of 1 star hotel no professionalism. Coming from a customer who travels extensively
